Abstract
PBCO thin films are frequently used as a barrier material in sandwich junctions. We studied YBCO/PBCO/YBCO sandwich junctions with 40 and 70 nm thick PBCO barrier. Experimental results show different conductivi ty of the PBCO barriers what we ascribe to different levels of ytrium doping.
