PREPARATION AND SUPERCONDUCTING PROPERTIES OF YBCO LACAMNO MULTILAYERS/

We report on the preparation, transport and magnetic properties of YBa 2Cu3O7/La0.67Ca0.33MnO3 multilayers. Films and multilayers were deposi ted on SrTiO3 substrates by high pressure d.c. sputtering. The transpo rt measurement shows some 'residual' resistance below T-c-onset what s uggests some interdifussion between YBCO and LaCaMnO sublayers. Magnet ization measurements of multilayers indicate on the possibility of coe xistence of magnetic order and superconductivity. Similar effect was o bserved in thin films of ferromagnetic superconductor HoMo6S8.
