Abstract
Growth, surface morphology and flux pinning of YBa2Cu3Oy/Y1-xPrxBa2Cu3 Oy (x=1 and 0.5) superlattices were systematically investigated. The s uperlattices were in situ prepared using an off-axis radio frequency m agnetron sputtering system The x-ray diffraction shows satellite peaks around the main diffraction peaks. The resistivity in the superconduc ting mixed state shows thermal activated behavior.
