Abstract
Electrochemicaly oxidated La2CuO4+delta was investigated by means of S QUID-magnetometry and La-139 NQR. Several superconducting (SC) phases with different thermal stability have been discovered. It is supposed, that the differences between the most stable phases are connected wit h the ordering of the excess oxygen.
