The method and optimal temperature conditions of preparation of the fl
uorine - containing Y1Ba2Cu3O7-deltaFx HTSC ceramics was elaborated. B
y X-ray analysis the lattice parameters, unit cell volume and theoreti
cal density was determined. The investigation of electrical conductivi
ty temperature dependence was carried out. It was find then in Y1Ba2Cu
3O7-deltaF0.1 sample T-c >125 K is stable after 12 cycles of the cooli
ng-heating and 5 months exposure on air.
