Abstract
Thin films of (110)-oriented YBa2CU3O7-delta (YBCO) have been prepared by DC magnetron sputtering with an inverted cylindrical target. To co nfirm single phase of (110)-oriented YBCO, we have studied by a new te chnique of conventional two axes X-ray diffractometer, scanning electr on microscopy and electrical-transport measurement in magnetic fields. We identify that the films are of single phase of (110)-oriented YBCO and twin-free by these measurements.
