Abstract
Pulsed-laser deposition of smooth high-T-c superconducting films and m ultiple layers using a velocity filtration of laser-induced molecular streams from droplets and solid particles is reported. We have shown t hat a properly arranged fast mechanical shutter synchronised with the laser pulses ensures an effective removal of the droplets and particle s.
