Abstract
Temperature - and magnetic field - dependences of the resistivity rho and Hall effect R(H) (j \\ ab, B \\ c) in Nd1.82Ce0.18CuO4-delta thin film (T-c = 6 K) were investigated at temperatures 1.4 < T < T-c and m agnetic fields 0 less than or equal to B less than or equal to 5.5 T. A drastic sign change of the Hall effect from positive to negative was observed in a magnetic field B congruent to 2 T and at B greater than or equal to 3 T the Hall coefficient is almost invariable. The sign c hange of the temperature coefficient dR/dT corresponds B-c = 10.6 T. W e guess that the observed temperature dependence Delta rho similar to - In(T) of the normal phase resistance at temperatures 1.4 < T < 4.5 K is due to the electron - electron interaction.
