Abstract
We explore systematically, in a general two Higgs doublet model, the p ossibility that bound systems of scalar bosons do exist. We find a wid e region of parameter space in the scalar potential for which S-wave b ound states of Higgs bosons do indeed exist. On the contrary we show t hat the Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model does not admit such boun d systems.
