Rhodexman is exoglycan produced by Rhodotorula rubra 341. It has been
shown that growing rhodexman's doses (From 1 to 1000 mcg/mouse) increa
se functional activity of B lymphocytes and folling down of that doses
(from 1000 to 1 mcg/mouse) decrease function of suppressor T cells (T
-s) through one day after injection of this exoglyxan. Activity of B c
ells has decreased to initial level and activity of T-s lymphocytes ha
s increased with maximum dose through seven days alter injection of rh
odexman. Amount of antibody to sheep erythrocytes after injection or e
xoglycan has depended from dose of rhodexman and time of its injection
in immunised mise.
