The strains of F. oxysporum and F. solani has been isolated from soil,
stems and heads of rye in various regions of Bashkiria. Three approac
hes were used for studying polymorphism of these strains: investigatio
n of morphologo-cultural types (MCT), of biochemical (esterases spectr
al) and genetical (vegetative compatibility of nit mutants) characters
. The MCT analysis allowed to reveal seasonal change ability of these
species: the strains obtained in spring and autumn were different both
in common diversity and in dominated phenes. Accordingly the similari
ty of esterases fractions the strains from heads are clastered separat
ely from stems and soil. Almost all strains indenpentenly from geograp
hy of their localization and substrate were reciprocally incompatible.
Resume was done that the population of studied fungi had clonal struc
ture with initial stage of divergence in relation to substrate.
