Abstract
The spectrum of a superconductor/insulator superlattice in the current -carrying state in the case when one barrier potential is different fr om the others has been studied. The presence of a defect leads to a lo calized quasiparticle state displaced from the band. The energy of thi s state is expressed in terms of the tunneling probability of the defe ctive barrier and supercurrent.
