Abstract
A crossover in the two-dimensional Nb-Pb Josephson-junction array from the coherent phase slip line regime to quasiparticle row switching re gime has been observed as temperature decreased. The boundary between these regimes corresponds to the temperature when the fluxon mass vani shes (beta(c) similar or equal to 35).
