We have carried out Nb-93 and Cu-63 NMR measurements in Nb/Cu supercon
ducting multilayered thin film down to 0.1K, and measured nuclear spin
lattice relaxation rate (1/T-1) in zero field using the field cycling
method. The temperature dependence of 1/T-1 has shown the existence o
f the superconducting energy gap with the magnitude of 3.5k(B)T(C) in
Nb layers and a smaller energy gap in Cu layers induced by the superco
nducting proximity effect.
