Abstract
Oscillations of superconducting transition temperature and dielectric function of Nb films are experimentally observed in dependence on dist ance d between two plane defects, inserted in these films. Tile period of the oscillations is about 6A and closes to half of wave function l ength of charge carriers on the Fermi level in crystal Nb.
