Abstract
The presence of localized paramagnetic centers (LPCs) in Tl2Ba2CuO6+x is revealed from the Cu-63 and Tl-205 NMR. Concentration of these cent ers is found growing with oxygen doping, hence they may be responsible for depressing T-c. Contribution to the relaxation rate associated wi th quasiparticle spins has a power temperature dependence far below T- c indicating to the presence of Sap zeroes at the Fermi surface. These Sap nodes may appear in s-wave pairing case due to the presence of ma gnetic impurities.
