Abstract
Thermoelectric power(S) in CaLaBaCu3Oy (6.71 < y < 6.89) was measured in the temperature(Tr) legion from 55K to 350K, It was found that S sh ows a maximum at T=T-m which S(T) changes from the T-linear to the lnT dependence and the T-m increases with decreasing the superconducting transition tempereture. The T-m observed in CaLaBaCu3Oy is discussed i n relation to the so-called spin-gap anomalies.
