We study microscopically the dynamical response S(q, w) to inelastic n
eutron scattering of dilute mixtures of liquid He-3 in He-4 at T = 0,
at momentum transfers up to q similar to 2 Angstrom(-1). Short range c
orrelations are implemented by Correlated Basis Function theory. The t
otal response is in semiquantitative agreement with recent experiments
. In addition, the theory is used to evaluate the He-3 single particle
energy in the zero concentration limit, showing a clear deviation fro
m the quadratic Landau-Pomeranchuck parametrization.
