Ai. Krivchikov et al., THERMAL-CONDUCTIVITY OF OVERSATURATED SOLID-SOLUTIONS OF PARAHYDROGENWITH INERT-GASES NE AND AR, Czechoslovak journal of Physics, 46, 1996, pp. 537-538
The thermal conductivity of solid mixtures of Ne in pH(2) and Ar in pH
(2) is investigated at Ne concentrations 1 . 10(-3) divided by 1.3 . 1
0(-2) and Ar concentrations 1 divided by 10 ppm in the temperature ran
ge 1.5 divided by 8 K. Oversaturated solutions are obtained by condens
ation of the gaseous mixture directly into a solid phase. Maximum solu
bilities of Ne (1 . 10(-4)) and Ar (5 ppm) in pH(2) are estimated. The
rmal conductivity of the oversaturated solutions increases as the Ne o
r Ar concentration in the mixture increases. Thermal conductivity of t
he mixture H-2-Ne decreases after mixture annealing or remelting. A qu
alitative explanation of the observed peculiarities is proposed.
