Abstract
The characteristics of the transport of photogenerated electrons throu gh electrodes consisting of nanometer-size TiO2 particles were investi gated by intensity modulated photocurrent spectroscopy. Electronic tra nsport is controlled by trapping and detrapping of photogenerated elec trons in interfacial bandgap states, distributed in energy. The locali zation time of a trapped electron is controlled by the steady-state li ght intensity and interfacial kinetics.
