Abstract
An algorithm is proposed for modeling the 3D structure of globular pro teins, including secondary structure prediction from primary structure , determination of contacts from tritium accessibility (tritium planig raphy), and sequential element packing from the amino to the carboxy e nd with account for contact regions and connection length. With sperm whale myoglobin, it is shown that the approach yields a realistic mode l.
