Abstract
A simple technique for concomitant staining of mast and parietal cells in the same section is described. Mast cells were stained by alcian b lue or astra blue in methanol-formalin-acetic acid fixed biopsies of g astric mucosa. Parietal cells were visualized by Dolichos biflorus lec tin binding.
