Abstract
Background: Craniocerebral gunshot wounds demand a high degree of skil l in clinical treatment. In addition to painstaking history, modern im aging techniques for preoperative diagnosis and interdisciplinary surg ical treatment are important. Case report: Diagnosis and therapeutic p rinciples are discussed on the basis of a case study of a 21-year-old soldier with an unusual craniocerebral gunshot wound.
