Abstract
Representations of the quantum algebra U-q((A) over cap(H)) are constr ucted on the space of (N + 1)-component anyons in R, extending analogo us results on the lattice. Such representations can be obtained in ter ms of both fermionic or bosonic anyons, showing that the hard-core con straint is not necessary in the continuous case.
