Abstract
This paper discusses methods for obtaining and processing images by me ans of photodetector arrays with coordinate addressing, based on lead chalcogenides sensitive in the near-, mid-, and far-IR regions and pos sessing high sensitivity, wide dynamic range, and small intrinsic heat evolution. Photodetectors for the different spectral ranges have iden tical design, topology, and electrical characteristics of the photosen sitive layers and can be used for constructing multispectral optoelect ronic systems.
