Abstract
This paper describes an interferometer for studying the wave aberratio ns of microscope objectives, whose optical system uses a diffracted re ference wavefront. The interferometer operates in a wide spectral rang e and makes it possible to obtain an interference pattern that is stab le to vibrations. (C) 1996 The Optical Society of America.
