Abstract
In this correspondence, a direct method to obtain an orthogonal realiz ation of an allpass transfer function from the entries of the Jury tab le or the Schur-Cohn test is presented, The performance of this orthog onal realization using fixed- or floating-point implementation is disc ussed, Based on this formulation, simple formulae for the coefficient sensitivity and output roundoff noise variances are obtained. The resu lts are illustrated with an example.
