Abstract
A B-year-old girl presented with a right iliac fossa mass. Radiologica l investigations suggested the diagnosis of calcified mass. During lap arotomy a large fecolith was found trapped below an incomplete septum in the cecum. The pathogenesis of enteroliths and the embryology of th is unusual bowel anomaly are discussed.
