Abstract
Novel solid supports and CE-phosphoramidite reagents have been prepare d featuring a unique 2'-deoxyribosyl backbone. These chirally pure rea gents form the basis of an oligonucleotide labeling system which provi des diastereomerically pure oligonucleotides.
