Abstract
Twenty six cases of nephrosplenic entrapment are reported in this stud y. The authors describe the pathology and the measurement of a gravity index and a shock index. Two treatments are performed either a surgic al correction by laparotomy, or a rolling procedure on general anaesth etised horses. This retrospective study allows us to define objective clinical parameters in the aim to choose the optimal therapeutic attit ude.
