Abstract
A new geometrical suggestion for rotational loss representation is dev eloped. Such a model has not been available until now and the usual el ementary loops cannot be related to any physical features. It is based on the consideration of a new reference coordinate system linked to t he time derivative of the induction vector. The loops obtained and the ir interpretation are valid under any exciting conditions and can be u sed easily to compare material behaviour.
