Abstract
The dependence of magnetic properties on the thermal treatment used to induce the amorphous-to-nanocrystalline transformation in Fe73.5Cu1Nb 3Si13.5B9 alloy has been studied. Quasi-static hysteresis loops and in itial permeability measurements were performed on nanocrystalline samp les obtained by conventional annealing and Joule heating. A comparison between the magnetic properties of nanocrystalline samples obtained b y the two heating procedures is presented.
