Abstract
The crystallization of CoSiB metallic glasses was studied by X-ray, ne utron diffraction, resistivity and calorimetry, With high cobalt and b oron contents two steps and a decrease of resistivity is found upon cr ystallization With low cobalt and high silicon content a single step a nd a tendency for the resistivity to increase are found. There is an a nomalously large increase in resistivity for Co70Si9B21.
