Abstract
The changes in magnetic properties of Ni/Zr multilayers (MLs) were inv estigated at various stages of isothermal annealing at 455 K. In the e arly stage of annealing (30 min) very pronounced modifications of hyst eresis loops and torque curves were observed. The alterations in magne tic properties seem to be related to significant modification of the m icrostructure of Ni sublayers.
