R. Valenzuela et Jts. Irvine, DOMAIN-WALL RELAXATION FREQUENCY AND MAGNETOCRYSTALLINE ANISOTROPY CONSTANT IN NI-ZN FERRITES, Journal of magnetism and magnetic materials, 160, 1996, pp. 386-387
The frequency behavior of polycrystalline ferrites with composition Zn
0.64Ni0.36Fe2O4 was investigated in the 100 Hz to 13 MHz frequency and
300-900 K temperature ranges. A comparison of the thermal behavior of
the domain wall relaxation frequency with the magnetocrystalline anis
otropy constant exhibited a linear relationship. These results are int
erpreted in terms of the restoring force factor for wall bulging. We e
xplore the possibility of using frequency measurements to investigate
the anisotropy constant in polycrystalline samples.
