Abstract
Of the 302 monoclonal antibodies submitted to the Third Workshop on Ru minant Leukocyte Antigens, 167 have been tested for their reactivity o n sheep lymph node sections, according to the APAAP immunohistochemica l technique. Of the 57 monoclonal antibodies able to react on ovine ti ssue sections, only 37 induced a clear and well-contrasted staining, T he more striking results are presented in this paper.
