Abstract
Of the 302 monoclonal antibodies included in the Third Workshop on Rum inant Leukocyte Antigens, 167 have been tested for their reactivity on uninfected and Salmonella-infected sheep lymph node leukocytes using FAGS analysis. Only 47 of them showed specificities which could be rel ated to those of some control monoclonal antibodies, such as the anti- CDS, anti-Ig light chain and anti-MHC Class II monoclonal antibodies.
