G. Lhersonneau et al., FIRST OBSERVATION OF NONYRAST LEVELS IN ZR-103 AND LEVEL SYSTEMATICS OF N=63 SR, ZR, AND MO ISOTONES, Physical review. C. Nuclear physics, 54(4), 1996, pp. 1592-1597
The beta decay of the very-neutron-rich nucleus Y-103 has been studied
at the isotope separator IGISOL, allowing for the first time the obse
rvation of nonyrast levels in its daughter Zr-103(40)63. The level str
ucture is similar to that of its isotones Sr-101 and Mo-105, suggestin
g a targe ground-state deformation of beta similar or equal to 0.4. Le
vel systematics allows for new level assignments in both Zr-103 and Mo
-105.
