Temperature variation of in-plane electrical resistivity with the magn
etic field applied both parallel and perpendicular to the ab-plane has
been measured on a c-axis oriented superconducting thin film of NdBa2
Cu3O7-delta. The magneto-conductivity data was analyzed using Aslamazo
v-Larkin(AL) and Maki-Thomson(MT) model by considering both orbital an
d Zeeman effects. The average values of coherence lengths both along a
nd perpendicular to the ab plane and the phase breaking time are 2.4 A
ngstrom, 21 Angstrom and 4.5x10(-13) s.
