Abstract
We studied the temperature stability of resistivity and Hall resistivi ty of percolating granular NiFe-SiO2 films upon annealing. Both the re sistivity and the Hall resistivity were found to be stable below 300 d egrees C, and at 230 degrees C for as long as 52 hours. The feasibilit y of linear field sensors based on the giant Hall effect at high tempe ratures is discussed.
