Abstract
New complexes of the BrRe(CO)(3)(L) type have been prepared, where L a re derivatives of the 2,2':6',2 ''-terpyridine containing in the posit ion 4', phenyl or pyridyl group. The bidentate coordination of the het erocyclic nitrogen ligand in a pseudo octahedral fac structure was est ablished by using FTIR, UV-Vis and H-1-NMR spectroscopy and cyclic vol tammetry.
