We consider the possibility of Higgs boson detection at LEP II under t
he resonance threshold (root s < m(H) + m(Z)) in the framework of comp
lete tree level approach to the calculation of the e(+)e(-) --> <v(v)o
ver bar>b (b) over bar amplitude, simulating b quark fragmentation to
hadrons and taking into account typical detector properties. tit the e
nergy below the 2m(Z) threshold root s = 175 GeV Higgs boson productio
n under the m(H) + m(Z) threshold is almost background free.
