This paper will provide details of a study conducted jointly by the au
thors following successful application to the Yorkshire Regional Healt
h Authority in response to a call for proposals for studies into 'Prac
tice - Led Education and Development'. The aim of the project was to p
ilot and evaluate an approach to leadership development based upon a c
onceptual model of reflectivity within a learning organization whilst
developing and evaluating a model of supervised practice.
