Abstract
We describe a case of giant cell reparative granuloma in the cranial v ault, which is an extremely rare location for this entity, CT scans sh owed an enhancing skull tumor with no surrounding sclerosis in the fro ntal bone, MR images showed a mass isointense with gray matter on both T1- and T2-weighted images.
