Abstract
The entity of delayed splenic rupture is often challenged. This case r eport describes a patient who presented with splenic rupture 2 years a fter a prior splenic injury from blunt trauma. The pathology report co nfirmed previous splenic injury. Delayed splenic rupture is possible f or extended periods following splenic injury managed conservatively.
