Abstract
The treatment of 3 non-ruptured tubal pregnancies by hysteroscopic int ratubal injection of methotrexate was reported. In all 3 cases the bet a-hCG serum levels decreased after injection during clinical, serologi cal and sonographical control. In 2 patients the tubes were patent at a later central. In selected cases the intratubal administration of me thotrexate via hysteroscopy is an alternative minimal invasive treatme nt.
