TRANSFER MOLDING WITH INTEGRATED PROCESS- CONTROL - A NEW METHOD FOR THE PRODUCTION OF RUBBER MOLDED PARTS

The article is dealing with a new production process for the productio n of rubber products is in comparison with the existing ones (Compress ion Moulding, Transfer Moulding, injection Moulding, injection-Transfe r Moulding) more satis factory from the point of view of investment an d production costs. In this new production process, called Conditionin g Transfer Moulding, the reactor is covered with an insolation housing causing smaller heat losses and lower energy consumption. This means that the energetic exploitation grade (in the existing reactors it amo unts to less than 30%) can be increased.
