Abstract
In literature tectal neoplasms are mostly described with regard to dog s and cats. In opposite to that there are still no indications as to t umours of the rectum of the horse, This case report describes about th e case of a tumour in the rectum of a 21-year-old horse (haemangioma c avernosum or blooded-in lymphoma), The technical procedure of a rectal ly placed Supramid-ligature is described.
