Abstract
Many different systems have been proposed for the recording and measur ement of disease activity in atopic dermatitis (AD). This review descr ibes the techniques that have been used and published in recent years for clinical evaluation and for objective measurement of AD, as well a s for recording its effects on quality of life. Recommendations are ma de concerning which methods should be used.
