Abstract
The spectra, angular distributions, and linear polarizations of gamma rays from an (n,n'gamma) reaction with fast reactor neutrons are measu red. The diagram of energy levels and gamma transitions is constructed for Nd-142. The spin-parities are determined for a number of levels, and the multipole-mixing ratio delta is found in many gamma transition s. The system of levels that is presented for Nd-142 is stated to be c omplete up to E(lev) = 3.2 MeV.
